Data Deletion Instructions

At Resurfaced, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. In accordance with Facebook Platform rules and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we provide the following instructions for deleting your data.

1. Deleting Individual Reports

If you wish to remove a specific Lost or Found report you have submitted:

  1. Log in to your account at https://resurfaced.app.
  2. Click on the "My Reports" button in the navigation bar.
  3. Locate the report you wish to remove.
  4. Click the "Delete" button associated with that report.
  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted. The data will be permanently removed from our database immediately.

2. Deleting Your Entire Account

If you wish to delete your user account and all associated data completely:

Please send an email request to our Data Protection Officer at:

admin@resurfaced.app

In your email, please include:

  • The email address associated with your account.
  • The subject line "Data Deletion Request".

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.
